Training 2,000 Journalists in Gaza
Israel killed over 200 journalists in Gaza. So we're training 2,000 more storytellers.
We need storytellers on the ground in Gaza to show the world what's really happening.
Seen Palestine needs $200,000 for phones and salaries for new journalists in Gaza.
Your donation impact:
The occupation murdered Anas Al-Sharif in Gaza City to silence his coverage of their ethnic cleansing campaign.
That's why they ban international reporters from entering Gaza and kill local journalists on the ground. War crimes are easier without witnesses.
We're fighting this with phones. Since Oct 7, Seen TV has funded and trained 50 creators to publish over 600 videos from Gaza, getting millions of views. Our documentaries include the 'Bisan' film, screening globally.
About Us
Seen Palestine is co-founded by Yusuf Omar, a former war correspondent who now empowers citizens trapped in conflicts, to tell their stories with phones.
We've been to Palestine many times, training and building a network of young mobile journalists. We get Palestinian creators from 0 to 1M followers fast. For example, Tala Rami is one of our trainees in Gaza. She joined with just 160 followers. After a few stories together, she's now got 40k followers. Now multiply this impact across hundreds of Palestinian creators. Social media platforms can censor a few accounts, but it's harder to silence everyone.
Stories change the world. The majority of young Americans are polling pro-Palestine for the first time in history, because of the content they've consumed. They're boycotting, marching and putting pressure on their leaders. Yes, Gaza needs food, water, shelter. But to end this occupation once and for all, we need narrative change. This war won't be won with bullets or tanks. It's a narrative battle, to change hearts and minds.
We 100% rely on your support to keep these stories alive and the journalism independent. Together, we can ensure Palestinian storytellers are never silenced and the world sees the truth.
